Amanda Chapman

Hi, I’m Amanda, founder of Forever Begins Here Weddings. I believe your wedding day should feel just as good as it looks; intentional, stress- free and completely true to you.

Growing up next door to a wedding venue, I was surrounded by celebrations, music, happy tears and the excitement of wedding days from an early age. Watching couples gather with their families and begin such an important chapter sparked my love for weddings long before I ever imagined working in the industry myself.

Over the years, that passion naturally grew into a love for planning, organization and creating meaningful experiences for others. I believe that the smallest details often make the biggest impact, and my attention to detail is something I take great pride in. From timeliness and logistics to the little moments couples may not even notice, I strive to make every wedding feel seamless, intentional and stress free.

From Planning every detail to officiating your ceremony, I’m here to guide you through the process with clarity and care so you can stay present in the moments that matter most. My goal is simple, create a day that feels effortless, meaningful and uniquely yours.

What is the difference between planning services and coordination services?

Coordination focuses on executing your plans and managing the wedding day, while planning services provide guidance throughout the entire planning process. I offer both so couples can choose the level of support that fits their wedding best.

How do I book?

If you are ready to hire a wedding professional you can inquire online, schedule a call or just give me a call, text or email whenever is convenient to you. After we discuss the stage of planning you are in, a signed contract and a deposit of 50% of the total will be needed in order to reserve your day.

What happens if something goes wrong on the wedding day?

Part of my roll is handling unexpected situations, professionally and discreetly. My goal is to solve problems behind the scenes so no one even notices and you can stay focused on enjoying your day!

Do you attend the rehearsal?

Yes, if you are having a rehearsal, this will be when we practice the processional with music, so if any adjustments need to be made, they can be done before the wedding day!
